Teriyaki Salmon with Pineapple Salsa Flavored Butter
- 2 Fillets Teriyaki salmon cooked according to package directions
Spring Roll Salad
- 1 Cup Pineapple chunks, canned drained
- 1 Cup Shredded red cabbage
- 1 Cup Shredded green cabbage
- 1 Cup Shredded carrots
- 1/2 Cup Roasted peanuts coarsely chopped
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro coarsely chopped
- 1/4 Cup Rice noodles or substitute cooked Jasmine rice
- 2-3 Green onions chopped
- Sweet chili sauce for serving

In 2 bowls, put a layer of rice noodles or rice on the bottom of the bowls.

In 2 bowls, layer the red cabbage, green cabbage, carrots, and pineapple chunks.
