Ingredients
- 5 Fillets Live Ocean Sweet Thai Chili Butter Coho Salmon Prepared according to package directions
Noodles
- 16 oz Noodles prepared according to package directions
- 3 Tblsp Soy sauce* substitute Mirin or coconut aminos for gluten free option
- 1 Tblsp Lemon juice juice of half a lemon
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Chili paste
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 2-3 Green onions, chopped for garnish
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro chopped for garnish
Instructions
Rice Noodles

Cook noodles according to package directions

While noodles are cooking, add soy, lemon juice, chili paste, garlic, ginger and honey to a bowl and whisk to combine.

To a large pan over medium heat, add the sauce and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the noodles to the pan and toss to combine.

While sauce is cooking, prepare salmon according to package directions.

Remove noodles from pan and arrange in a large bowl or on a platter.

Top with Live Ocean Sweet Thai Chili Butter Coho Salmon and garnish with cilantro and green onions. Squeeze a wedge of lemon over the dish and enjoy!
