Thai Chili Salmon over Noodles

Ingredients
  • 5 Fillets Live Ocean Sweet Thai Chili Butter Coho Salmon Prepared according to package directions
Noodles
  • 16 oz Noodles prepared according to package directions
  • 3 Tblsp Soy sauce* substitute Mirin or coconut aminos for gluten free option
  • 1 Tblsp Lemon juice juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Chili paste
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 2-3 Green onions, chopped for garnish
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro chopped for garnish
Instructions
Rice Noodles
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions

  2. While noodles are cooking, add soy, lemon juice, chili paste, garlic, ginger and honey to a bowl and whisk to combine.

  3. To a large pan over medium heat, add the sauce and cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Add the noodles to the pan and toss to combine.

Live Ocean Sweet Thai Chili Butter Coho Salmon
  1. While sauce is cooking, prepare salmon according to package directions.

  2. Remove noodles from pan and arrange in a large bowl or on a platter.

  3. Top with Live Ocean Sweet Thai Chili Butter Coho Salmon and garnish with cilantro and green onions. Squeeze a wedge of lemon over the dish and enjoy!
