This sweet and spicy pineapple salsa pairs well with Live Ocean's Teriyaki Salmon with Pineapple Salsa Flavored Butter or Live Ocean's Sweet Thai Chili Salmon fillets.
1. In a medium serving bowl, combine the pineapple, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and jalapeƱo. Add the lime juice and salt, and stir to combine.
2. Season to taste with additional lime juice (for zing) and/or salt
3. Set aside while cooking salmon to let the flavors meld.
Best if served fresh but keeps well, chilled, for up to 4 days.
Cook according to package directions.
Divide salsa on to plates, top with Live Ocean Salmon with Pineapple Salsa Flavored Butter or Live Ocean Teriyaki Salmon.
