Ingredients

Teriyaki Salmon with Pineapple Flavored Salsa Butter

  • 2 Fillets Live Ocean Teriyaki Salmon cooked according to package directions

Teriyaki Salmon Tacos

  • 10 Corn tortillas warmed
  • 1 Cup Shredded red cabbage
  • 1 Cup Pineapple chunks Drained canned or fresh
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 Limes cut into wedges for serving
  • Siracha drizzle

Instructions

Tacos

  1. Chop the Live Ocean Pineapple Salsa Flavored Butter Teriyaki Salmon into large chunks.

  2. To each tortilla, add a few pieces of Live Ocean Pineapple Salsa Flavored Butter Teriyaki Salmon, drizzle with sriracha add a handful of cabbage and pineapple.

  3. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
